Requirements:
- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology (MD/DM in Anaesthesia).
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital or surgical center setting.
- Proficiency in airway management, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, especially anesthetic agents and their effects.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills under pressure.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with high accountability.
