About the Position:

The Director of Munitions Engineering will lead the engineering of the large-caliber munitions vertical, encompassing development (R&D/NPI) and engineering support throughout the lifecycle for products such as artillery, rockets, bombs, and mortars. They will be the main technical reference, converting operational needs into robust construction requirements and solutions until release for large-scale production.

Responsibilities:

• Define and validate technical, operational, and construction requirements, ensuring traceability and architectural consistency.
• Drive technical decisions and reviews, managing risks, V&V plans, and documentation standardization.
• Plan and execute the development roadmap (phases, gates, deliverables), aligned with deadlines, costs, and risks.
