The Souled Store is growing fast - 60+ stores across India and now going global. We’re looking for a Retail Marketing who can turn campaigns into on-ground impact and drive revenue across our retail network. What You’ll Do

• Execute retail marketing campaigns across 60+ stores pan India
• Work closely with VM and store teams to bring campaigns to life on-ground
• Work with other marketing functions like social media, paid media etc. to amplify retail
• Ensure strong in-store visibility, communication, and brand consistency
• Drive footfall, conversions, and store-level revenue through tactical marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with central marketing for campaign rollouts, POSM, launches, and activations
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on store feedback and sales data
