Job Description

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst in Mexico City to play a key role in the Quality Control team within the CB business. You will perform due diligence reviews for new and existing clients in compliance with AML/KYC standards.

Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and experience in customer service, ideally within the banking or financial services sector. The position operates in a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days working from home.
