Job Description

Sovos seeks a senior Operations leader to manage and scale the Americas Operations team, driving data governance, project governance, and executive reporting. You will own the operational backbone of our delivery organization, from setup to process optimization.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in operations/analytics, MBA or equivalent, advanced Excel, and proficiency with BI tools and CRM systems. English and Spanish fluency is required, with Portuguese a plus.
