1. Decision-Making:- Approve routine maintenance tasks, minor modifications, and process improvements. 
2. Financial:- Authorize small-scale purchases within the assigned budget and recommend larger expenditures. 
3. Operational:- Ensure execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and optimize equipment performance. 
4. Personnel:- Assign daily tasks to technicians, supervise work quality, and provide training as needed. 
5. Regulatory & Compliance:- Ensure adherence to mechanical safety standards, report compliance issues, and assist in audits.
