Key Responsibilities

Process Safety Management (PSM)

• Implement and sustain Process Safety Management (PSM) systems across manufacturing facilities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and global process safety standards.
• Develop and review process safety procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment

• Lead HAZOP, HAZID, What-If Analysis, LOPA, and other risk assessment studies.
• Identify process hazards and recommend risk mitigation measures.
• Monitor closure of action items arising from safety studies and audits.

Incident Investigation

• Conduct investigations of process safety incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Share learnings and best practices across sites.
