Am/Dm - Bidding & Tendering (Renewables)

Job Purpose:

Manage the bidding and tendering process for large-scale Solar Projects , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring business growth.

Tender Management

1. Oversee the end-to-end tender process, from opportunity identification to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
2. Preparing tenders and standardized tender templates and paperwork / Bid Synopsis.
3. To gather tender information and references from a variety of sources, including online search engines, industry, and market intelligence data, and so on, to submit the tender.
4. To ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, and preparation of outgoing submissions;
   
5. To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in format, on per bid guidelines and other factors and comply with the bidders tender requirements.
