Job Description
We're a fast-growing UK manufacturer of decorative 3D wall panels, sold through Amazon UK, major UK retailers, and our own Shopify store. We're now launching on Amazon US and need a skilled, detail-oriented VA to take ownership of our Amazon admin and listing optimisation — and help us get far more out of the tools we already have.
This is an ongoing role with regular hours — not a one-off project. We want someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and gets things done without constant hand-holding.

What you'll be doing:
Listings & Optimisation
- Maintaining and continuously optimising our Amazon UK listings — titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content
- Setting up all listings for our Amazon US launch, including adapting content for the US market (spelling, terminology, compliance)
- Using Helium 10 (Cerebro, Magnet, Frankenstein, Scribbles) to research keywords and build optimised listing copy
