AMAZON TEAM LEADER – 2nd SHIFT

The 2nd shift Amazon Team Leader is responsible for delivering operational measures (Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost) and people management responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Amazon Team Leader, you are responsible for:

Leadership

  • Leads by example and demonstrates high standards in all key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Owns the team DDS process, ensures information is communicated, training occurs, and meetings begin and end on time.

  • Will lead a team of 20-plus employees including Coty and contractors.

  • Facilitates constructive resolution of issues within shift and other departments.

  • Ensures company policy and standards are met, and effectively uses performance management tools as needed.
