About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Reimbursement & Supply Chain Specialist who understands Amazon's backend inside out. This role is critical to recovering lost revenue, managing FBA discrepancies, and optimizing inventory flow across the supply chain.
You will work with large catalogs and multiple seller accounts, where attention to detail, persistence, and process discipline are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Reimbursements
Audit FBA transactions (lost, damaged, destroyed, missing, shorted, overcharged units)
Identify reimbursement opportunities using reports (Inventory Adjustments, Reimbursements, FBA Fee Preview, Removal Orders, etc.)
Open, manage, and follow up on Seller Support cases repeatedly until resolution
Handle Amazon reimbursement reversals and revisions, validate accuracy, and re-file when eligible
