About Shuffle Club Co
Shuffle Club Co is a fast-growing consumer brand designing and selling premium themed playing cards across Amazon, Shopify, Faire, and Etsy. We're scaling aggressively and need a sharp Amazon ads specialist to clean up our campaigns and drive profitable growth.
The Role
You'll own our entire Amazon advertising operation — from campaign architecture to daily bid management to reporting. Our Western and Golf decks are already top performers; your job is to make them more profitable and help us launch new designs efficiently. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role.
What You'll Do
Audit and restructure existing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
Manage daily bids, budgets, and keyword harvesting to reduce ACOS from current 84–130% toward a 30–40% target
Build out product launch ad strategies for new deck designs as we expand our catalog
Provide weekly reporting on ACOS, TACOS, spend, revenue, and BSR movemen...
