Amazon Flex Operations Manager, Amazon Flex

Overview

The Amazon Flex program uses independent drivers—called delivery partners—to deliver to our customers. Through the Amazon Flex app, drivers sign up for the program, schedule pickup times, and are guided during routes with the navigation system. We are looking for an Operational Manager to support new releases and operational preparation, manage business metrics and driver experience, collaborate with stakeholders to improve program performance, and implement processes and mechanisms to enhance the overall Amazon Flex experience in Brazil.
