Amazon E-commerce & Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Amazon Growth & Performance Manager to own end-to-end Amazon Performance, visibility, conversion, organic rank, and long-term profitability. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who understands Amazon as a system driven by keywords, conversion quality, account health, and trust, not just ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon advertising across Sponsored Products / Brands, SBV and Amazon DSP
• Drive keyword visibility, ranking, Share of Voice, and Organic Rank Velocity
• Own Listing Quality Score (content, images, video, A+)
• Improve Conversion Rate (CVR), Add-to-Cart rate, and engagement signals
• Control ACoS, CAC, and TACoS with a focus on sustainable growth
• Analyse Search Term CVR and keyword-level performance
• Diagnose performance drops using CTR, CVR, CPC, and listing engagement
