Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Scheduling & Forecasting specialist to help us evaluate and optimize our current setup.
We've recently enabled and started testing Amazon Connect's scheduling capabilities and are running into a few challenges. We're trying to determine whether these are:
• Known product limitations
• Configuration gaps on our side
• Or areas where best practices could significantly improve outcomes
We're looking for someone who has implemented this in production and can provide practical, hands-on guidance — not just theoretical advice.

1. Auto-Generated Schedules – Large Coverage Gaps
Even with rules properly configured, the auto-generated schedules frequently contain large gaps in coverage.
We're looking for guidance on:
• Recommended configuration strategies
• Forecast tuning adjustments
