Job Description
Looking for an Engineer Specializing in Amazon Connect architecture and engineering, including AI-driven solutions with Amazon Q, Contact Lens, and Lex. Proven success delivering end-to-end transformations, CRM integrations, and high-availability, cloud deployments across industry ver cals.
Experience and Skills
- Hands-on management of Amazon Connect and other Contact Center environments.
- Proven experience in Design and delivery of Amazon Connect infrastructure.
- Experience with Lex voice and chat capabilities.
- Amazon Connect Architect, Contact Lens/Quality Management, Skill/Queue routing, and User Management
- Call flow creation w/ Amazon Connect Architect
- Third Party App, CRM, and other back-end Integration
- Experience using third party and building custom unified agent Desktop
- Extensive experience migrating from other call center platforms (e.g., Avaya, Cisco,
- Genesys, NICE, Five9, etc.)
