Looking for an Engineer Specializing in Amazon Connect architecture and engineering, including AI-driven solutions with Amazon Q, Contact Lens, and Lex. Proven success delivering end-to-end transformations, CRM integrations, and high-availability, cloud deployments across industry ver cals.

Experience and Skills

  • Hands-on management of Amazon Connect and other Contact Center environments.
  • Proven experience in Design and delivery of Amazon Connect infrastructure.
  • Experience with Lex voice and chat capabilities.
  • Amazon Connect Architect, Contact Lens/Quality Management, Skill/Queue routing, and User Management
  • Call flow creation w/ Amazon Connect Architect
  • Third Party App, CRM, and other back-end Integration
  • Experience using third party and building custom unified agent Desktop
  • Extensive experience migrating from other call center platforms (e.g., Avaya, Cisco,
  • Genesys, NICE, Five9, etc.)
