Hands-on management of Amazon Connect and other Contact Center environments.
Proven experience in Design and delivery of Amazon Connect infrastructure.
Experience with Lex voice and chat capabilities.
Amazon Connect Architect, Contact Lens/Quality Management, Skill/Queue routing, and User Management
Call flow creation w/ Amazon Connect Architect
Third Party App, CRM, and other back-end Integration
Experience using third party and building custom unified agent Desktop
Extensive experience migrating from other call center platforms (e.g., Avaya, Cisco,
