What You'll Deliver:
Output 1: Amazon Business Analysis by SKU
A full breakdown of our Amazon business across all 10 SKUs including:
CAC:LTV analysis — separating organic vs. paid revenue to calculate true CAC per SKU
Cohort analysis — repurchase rates, time-to-reorder, and retention curves by SKU
Subscribe & Save economics — SnS attach rate, churn, LTV uplift vs. one-time buyers
TACoS, ACoS, and contribution margin by SKU
Refund/return rates and their impact on true margin
Ad Spend Scalability Analysis — for each SKU, identify the ceiling at which we can increase ad spend while maintaining or improving our CAC:LTV ratio. This should include a diminishing returns curve showing at what spend level efficiency breaks down, and the estimated incremental revenue available before that threshold
Output 2: Go-Forward Amazon Model
An interactive model (Google Sheets) that lets us pull levers including:
Ad spend by SKU (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
