About this programme

Apprentice is an experiential programme, facilitated by dedicated sales leaders who will teach, coach and groom apprentice to be future Senior Relationship Manager and sales leader at AmBank.

This programme is designed for fresh graduates to launch their sales career in Business Banking specifically in Commercial Banking

In this immersive programme, Apprentice will undergo intensive training and certification which will helps you to excel in sales career. The career growth will continuously be monitored and accelerated post programme graduation.

The duration of this programme is up to 24 months

Supervisory Mentor

A seasoned sales leader will be assigned as mentor to support, counsel, teach, and help you. The mentors will guide you and follow through your programme, providing you with continuous feedback and coaching.
