As Assistant Manager, you'll drive recruitment & sales training, optimize sales processes, and build high-impact L&OD solutions for our US Staffing operations.   • Design and deliver sales/GTM processes; train internal teams on inside sales, BDM, and recruitment (IT/Engineering/Non-IT).
