We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our sales and tendering team in Gurgaon with tender and costing experience in TL and SS projects for INTERNATIONAL & SAARC region . The role would involve:
Bid Management & Costing: Lead end-to-end techno-commercial bidding with accurate cost estimation using data-driven frameworks, vendor/subcontractor databases, competition analysis, and continuous improvement from execution feedback.
Strategic Growth & Innovation: Improve bid win rates, drive cost optimization, adopt digital/AI tools.
Client Engagement & Intelligence: Develop strong client relationships, maintain bid calendars, track pipelines, and tailor strategies based on client behaviour and upcoming opportunities.
