Demo farm & Composting

Level Assistant Manager

Reporting to Cluster head

The role is responsible for all operations under demo farm including composting operations. Plantation, maintenance, labour management, compost raw material collection, composting will be the key deliverables.

JD :

Responsible for demo farm production end to end

Manpower planning & deployment Day to day activities

Forecasting production for Demo farm

Responsible for beautification of demo farm

Maintain GAP in Demo farm and Compost unit by following all compliance
