JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE ASST. MANAGER/DY. MANAGER

Key Accountabilities

  • Leading Lean management initiatives at shop floor level of production plant and Laboratory by working closely with production managers of respective blocks/units.
  • Act as a champion and change agent for driving positive culture change and improving operational efficiencies while deploying new techniques and tactics.
  • Identifying Non-Value added activities in the manufacturing processes at our manufacturing & R&D site.
  • Able to train employees on 8 types of waste, lean principles, 5S, Lean Six Sigma, VSM etc.
  • Implementing Lean Six Sigma processes to significantly improve:
  • Productivity of the people
  • Quality of the current manufacturing processes at the site
  • Cost of goods
  • Delivery performance of sites
  • Personnel safety at the site
  • Compliance to business processes
