Alumni Relations and Engagement Executive (Junior/Senior)

  • Employment Type: 1-year contract, with potential renewal or conversion based on performance and headcount availability
  • Salary: $3,500 - $4,500
  • Location: Central
  • Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 6pm / Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities

  • Manage alumni communications and respond to alumni enquiries across multiple channels in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and manage the alumni database/CRM to support outreach, engagement, and reporting activities.
  • Develop alumni networks and plan, coordinate and execute local and overseas alumni engagement activities.
  • Support digital alumni engagement through social media, corporate website updates, and alumni success story features.
