Alumni Coordinator (Part time)

Are you a tech‑savvy communicator with a passion for community building? Wakatipu High School is seeking a proactive Alumni Foundation Coordinator to join our team and grow our Alumni Foundation. This is a fixed‑term, part‑time, term‑time‑only job (10 hours per week, 40 weeks per annum).

Keys Tasks will include:

  • Database Management: Develop and maintain a graduate and alumni CRM system, database and webpages.
  • Engagement & Outreach: Design and execute a retention strategy and communication plan to keep our graduates connected.
  • Digital Presence: Manage alumni communications across social media platforms and email.
  • Events & Collaboration: Work alongside the WHS Foundation to plan and host annual alumni events and leverage support opportunities.
