Mail:- [email protected] he Lab In-Charge is responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, molten metal, in-process materials, and finished aluminium wire rods. The role ensures the required chemical composition, electrical conductivity, UTS, dimensions, and other quality parameters meet customer specifications. Key Responsibilities Inspect and approve incoming aluminium raw materials. Conduct chemical composition analysis and prepare the alloy recipe as per customer requirements. Share the required chemical composition with the Production Department before melting. Monitor quality during melting, casting, rolling, and coiling operations. Verify molten metal composition before casting and recommend corrective actions. Inspect finished wire rods for diameter, surface finish, ovality, weight, conductivity, UTS, elongation, and other specified parameters. Perform chemical, physical, and mechanical testing.
