Do you have experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviour or SEMH needs? Are you looking for a full-time Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant role with the opportunity to become permanent?

The provision provides a supportive and nurturing environment for students who may struggle within mainstream education, focusing on building confidence, engagement and positive relationships to help young people achieve their potential.

Responsibilities

The successful Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant will support students on both a 1:1 basis and within small groups, helping to manage behaviour, encourage engagement and support students with their social and emotional development throughout the school day.
