About this Role
This role is for an Alternative Provision Mentor at Thomas Middlecott Academy, a permanent full‑time position of 37 hours per week over 39 weeks a year (term time only). The mentor will target support as part of a coordinated response for identified at‑risk pupils where behaviour, well‑being, engagement, attitude and attendance barriers are causes of concern. The intention is to bring about sustainable changes in individuals and contribute to an improvement in their behaviour and attitudes towards school, learning and their social and emotional and mental health needs.
