Job Description
Alongside the Behaviour & Wellbeing Manager, the Alternative Provision Manager will primarily lead our Inspire provision. This will be focused on meeting the behaviour and wellbeing needs of the 14 Upper School pupils currently accessing the provision as their main base, as well as planning for and delivering qualifications. Whilst specialist subject teachers in the core are timetabled to teach in the facility and learners access core lessons and some options lessons, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning out a bespoke and individualised curriculum for each learner accessing the facility.
The Alternative Provision Manager will also play a leading role in liaising with our onsite and offsite alternative providers to ensure disengaged learners have access to appropriate and engaging alternative learning pathways. This will involve a range of multiagency collaboration.
