​BCC Engineering, a Parsons Company, is looking forward to hiring an experienced Alternative Delivery Structural Engineer! In this role, you will be trained and mentored under supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices and gain valuable exposure to company standards and exciting projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Analyze and prepare project designs, calculations and drawings for steel bridges; pre-cast, pre-stressed concrete bridges; cast-in-place flat slabs; and miscellaneous structures, with guidance provided on assigned tasks as required
  • Effectively apply pre-established design templates
  • Approach tasks with an open mindset; propose innovative solutions to design problems
  • Prepare engineering reports and contract drawings for review
  • May assign, track, and review tasks of technicians or designers; technical discretion applied to first revision of technician work...
