The Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a critical role for the successful operation of the Alterations department. The CSR ensures an A+ customer experience and supports the Store Manager in meeting, welcoming, and servicing customers across all channels.

Essential Job Functions

  • Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person, communicating clearly and adapting style to solve problems.
  • Use all systems to manage the customer flow and deliver a five‑star customer experience.
  • Meet all service vows, including preparation, welcome, and ensuring needs for all customers with an operational checklist.
