Key Responsibilities:
• Validate loss-related damages through claim file reviews
• Assist clients in understanding repair estimates and rental processes
• Coach other team members and provide constructive feedback
• Recommend process enhancements for continual improvement
• Uphold compliance with industry regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Technical Diploma or equivalent training in auto body repair
