What does the job look like?

Linfox Intermodal are seeking a Night Shift allocator who will play a crucial role in our team based in Willawong QLD. This motivated individual will be ensuring that deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner and in line with Linfox safety and compliance guidelines. With your exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask you will support our team by allocating, route planning, and dispatching deliveries. We currently have a night shift opportunity available working Monday to Friday from 9pm to 6am with any overtime as required. Key areas: 

  • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders, providing clear instructions and building positive relationships

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to manifests, delivery schedules and compliance
