Job Description: PT: Field position-Hayward/ Fremont. Home Health experience preferred. Tues-Sat or Wed-Sunday. LOCALS OK. Home Health experience preferred. If no HH experience, then candidates must have Outpatient exp. CA license in hand preferred. Oasis experience required. GWW hours are based on completed visits: 25 visits = 40 hours. Hours are guaranteed if 25 visits or more are completed. COVID Exemptions permitted. Mileage between patients- IRS Standard. Please Note: Rate may change based on coverage territory and experience. Accepting pending CA license. Traveler need to have applied upon submission.
