Job Description:

The Alliance Operations Manager is responsible for supporting operational needs for some of our Strategic and Foundational Alliance partnerships. You will support the productivity and effectiveness of our Alliance teams and programs to increase the growth of our Alliance business in the Americas region. This Manager also works with partners to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities enabled within the sales organization are supported.

You Will:

  • Drive/administer operational support for Foundational Alliances such as:Track and manage the deal registration / MDF / Co-Op funding /referral feesAct as one of the admins in multiple partner portals and monitor main metrics driving partner tiering within the program to proactively manage our standing with the PartnersCollaborate with the broader Growth Operations team to produce ongoing reports and insights related to Alliance relationships, and leverage L&D reporting on certificationsSuppo...
