Job Description
Onboard and manage a portfolio of Mexican merchants — ensuring they are active, equipped, and supported from day one.
Drive monthly product launches, guiding merchants through listing creation, quality checks, and compliance.
Monitor platform performance — resolving violations, protecting buyer response rates, and safeguarding seller reputation through review and shipping management.
Optimize listings and inventory accuracy using AI-powered tools and data dashboards.
Support membership renewals, from documentation to timely follow-up.
Position Requirement
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, e-commerce operations, or B2B suppliers management.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) — you will work daily with both US and MX suppliers and Alibaba's global teams.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts with structured follow-through.
