Paladin Technologies Emergency Response Center is actively searching for multiple Alarm Operators to join our Ottawa-based Response Center, coordinating the emergency response for a varied portfolio of clients nationwide.

SHIFT AVAILABILITIES:

• Evenings: Monday - Sunday; 4pm - 12am EST + Weekend availability is a must

Responsibilities

• Use exceptional customer service skills while remaining calm and focused in stressful, high pressure situations, adapting quickly in a dynamic environment
