Job Description
Smart Shield Systems is hiring a skilled Security Systems Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot residential and commercial security systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with alarm systems and low voltage wiring, and takes pride in clean work and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and troubleshoot alarm systems (panels, sensors, keypads, sirens, etc.).
- Install and configure video surveillance systems (indoor/outdoor cameras, video doorbells, mounts).
- Perform system takeovers, upgrades, and troubleshooting service calls.
- Run and terminate low voltage wiring when needed (attics, walls, crawlspaces).
- Install smart home devices and automation (locks, thermostats, lighting, etc.).
