Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 support for customer environments across network and system infrastructure
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve P1, P2, P3, and P4 incidents within defined SLAs
- Handle alert management, incident management, change management, and problem management activities
- Support Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and Palo Alto firewall environments
- Coordinate with vendors and assist users located in the USA
- Perform system administration tasks in large enterprise environments
- Support disaster recovery activities including replication and recovery processes
- Maintain operational documentation and follow standard operating procedures
