Job Description

Role: AIS Engineer – LATAM Remote (Brazil)

Location: Brazil, LATAM remote (except Mexico), work in GMT -3.

Start Date: ASAP. Hours: 40 hrs per week.

Language Requirement: Portuguese & English fluency.

  • Business-to-Tech Translation: Ability to convert vague business problems into high‑impact technical roadmaps for C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Strategic “Challenger” Mindset: Focuses on the 10% of innovation spend that drives 80% of revenue, prioritising outcomes over order‑taking.
  • Ambiguity Management: Thrives in “Day Zero” environments, defining structure and direction where no clear path exists.
  • Transformation Focus: Deep understanding of Google Cloud’s ecosystem to build “sticky” solutions that ensure long‑term digital change.
