Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
- Assist passengers with flight reservations, cancellations, modifications, and refunds .
- Address customer concerns regarding baggage policies, check-in procedures, and flight delays .
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to online booking systems and mobile applications .
