Airless Spray Painter

Responsibilities Operate and maintain airless spray painting equipment for application of industrial coatings on oil & gas assets. Prepare surfaces (blast cleaning, sanding, degreasing, masking) to meet project specifications and industry standards. Mix and apply specialized coatings (epoxy, polyurethane, fireproofing, anti-corrosion) with precision. Conduct quality checks on coating thickness, adhesion, and finish using inspection tools (DFT gauges, holiday detectors). Ensure compliance with NACE/SSPC standards and client-specific coating procedures. Maintain accurate records of materials, batch numbers, and application parameters for QA/QC documentation. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of spray equipment. Requirements Qualifications & Skills Minimum 35 years of experience as an industrial spray painter in the oil & gas sector.
