Job Description

The Challenges

  • Lead a team of Air Export Ops (Local SIN team + Offshore BPO team in MNL) who execute and handle full set of export airfreight documentation including HAWB (House Air Waybill), MAWB (Master Air Waybill), invoices, packing lists, permits and pre-alerts to destination office / origin shipper

  • Monitor flight schedules, cargo readiness, and ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and on time

  • Lead a team of hybrid Export Ops + Customer Service for out of office hour and weekend activities (Critical Response Team CRT)

  • Manage resources and manpower deployment especially during weekend and PH

  • Prepare and verify export billing, ensure costing is accurately reflected, and handle supplier / network invoices & disputes
