**Job Title: Aircraft Structural Technician** **Job Description**
Join our dynamic MRO team where you will contribute to rebuilding panes, brackets, skins, doublers, and more. You will work on Dash 8 and Q400 aircraft, assembling sheet metal components for sub-assemblies and moving across projects as they arise at our facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Rebuild aircraft structures including panes, brackets, skins, and doublers.
+ Assemble sheet metal components for sub-assemblies.
+ Work on Dash 8, Q400, CL415, and CL215 aircraft models.
+ Conduct heavy maintenance tasks.
+ Apply human factors and fall arrest knowledge in daily tasks.
+ Read and interpret aircraft plans.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of maintenance experience in aircraft structures.
+ Experience with aircraft sheet metal, riveting, and aviation assembly.
+ Proficiency in aircraft maintenance, specifically Dash 8, Q400, CL415, CL215.
