Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Lead operationally and disciplinary assigned staff and ensure progress is made on the aircraft in line with the project plan and given targets

  • Supervise all aspects of the project and staff performing aircraft maintenance, ensuring all work is scheduled and performed with quality in a productive, safe, and efficient manner

  • Hire, discipline, transfer, promote, terminate, provide counseling, recognize, or any other personnel action, to employees assigned
