Job Description
Responsibilities Lead and oversee complex aircraft inspections. Develop and implement inspection protocols. Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of findings. Address and resolve significant compliance issues. Lead training and mentorship programs for junior inspectors. Conduct periodic audits of maintenance processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of relevant experience in aircraft inspection. Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience. Active, current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification. Advanced knowledge of aircraft systems, equipment and parts. Thorough understanding of product audit and inspection processes and procedures. Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Familiarity with inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to determine airworthiness. U.S. citizenship required for employment.
