Job Description
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation & Repair: Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including split-type, package, and window units.
Electrical Maintenance: Repair and replace motors, compressors, wiring, and electrical components.
Technical Diagnostic: Read schematics and blueprints to diagnose electrical or refrigerant failures.
Preventative Services: Clean coils, check electrical circuits, and calibrate thermostats.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, including handling refrigerants, and follow electrical codes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma, plus specialized vocational training (NCII in Refrigeration & Aircon/Electrical)
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, or related maintenance.
Skills: Proficiency in using electrical testing tools (multimeters, ammeters), soldering tools, and understanding electrical schematics....
