The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory military and civilian employees assigned to the Command Readiness Branch. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Command Readiness Branch ensuring that readiness reviews, data analysis, assessments, resource allocations, and other special readiness projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
