Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities
  • Prepare shipping documents.
  • Handle customs declaration and Tradenet operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Execute AWB based on CS instructions and comply with terminal/airline requirements.
  • Attend to customers' enquiries via email as required.
  • Respond to customer complaints and enquiries promptly (sense of urgency) and provide possible suggestions/solutions or assist with recovery actions whenever possible.
  • Work in a team with effective communication and understanding of workflow.
  • Take on additional tasks delegated by the Department Supervisor/Manager.
  • Meet deadlines and perform given tasks efficiently.
  • Work 5.5 days per week (routine with team after probation).
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / O Level in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
