What you’ll be doing

Responsible for coordinating all aspects of air import shipments including;

  • Preparing documentation, data entry, tracing, billing, arranging deliveries, etc
  • Closely track and trace all international and domestic cargo movement to meet tight deadlines
  • Coordinate and report cargo status to customers
  • Daily communication with airlines, vendors, truckers, customers, sales representatives and overseas offices
  • Assist sales representatives with their warehouse and trucking requests
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage time well and be self-motivated
