What you’ll be doing
Responsible for coordinating all aspects of air import shipments including;
- Preparing documentation, data entry, tracing, billing, arranging deliveries, etc
- Closely track and trace all international and domestic cargo movement to meet tight deadlines
- Coordinate and report cargo status to customers
- Daily communication with airlines, vendors, truckers, customers, sales representatives and overseas offices
- Assist sales representatives with their warehouse and trucking requests
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage time well and be self-motivated
